Welcome

Hello and welcome to my practice.

My name is Tracy Mortensen and I am a UKCP Trainee Psychotherapist in Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy. I see clients in-person in London and online.

Throughout life, there will be times when we are unable to make sense of our own experience. We all have our own pain, sorrows, and fears. The time and space offered in psychotherapy can bring a renewed sense of health, confidence and connection to our often complex lives. It is an opportunity to connect, to heal and replenish, and to cultivate together.

I offer a receptive, supportive and compassionate space where together we can meet, exploring your experience and some of life's biggest questions that may arise. A place for all of you to be welcomed, received, witnessed and honoured.

A place to feel and remember

who you are.

Approaching therapy might feel difficult, nerve-racking or even a bit bewildering. It can also feel exciting, empowering. My intention is to ensure that this experience is as safe and welcoming as possible. We do this by slowly and gently beginning to talk about what you feel you might need from our sessions.

Whatever brings you to this moment, whether you are navigating specific difficulties, facing a general sense of unease, or seeking a deeper, more conscious, compassionate knowing of yourself, I am here to support you.

"To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don't need to be accepted by others. You only need to accept yourself".

– Thich Nhat Hahn

Flower Plant

We are all,

a brilliant coloured flower.

And there is no one,

There is no one,

Who regrets who we are.
